PDCMS is used by over 90 programs across 50 counties in New York State. From the beginning, NYSDA has consulted with public defenders to design and implement a case management system that meets their needs, whether they work for a public defender office, legal aid organization, conflict defender office, assigned counsel program, or appellate defender office.
