PDCMS is used by over 90 programs across 50 counties in New York State. From the beginning, NYSDA has consulted with public defenders to design and implement a case management system that meets their needs, whether they work for a public defender office, legal aid organization, conflict defender office, assigned counsel program, or appellate defender office. The PDCMS team and our expert legal staff are constantly working to ensure that PDCMS users have an up-to-date and comprehensive case management system.
