NYSDA's 54th Annual Meeting & Conference:

Reform, Reentry & Reunification: Public Defense in a Watershed Moment

Registration Fee: 

» $125/person for individuals 
» $100/person for defender programs with five or more registrants
» Special offer for new members: $175 total for individual registration +
 NYSDA attorney membership through December 31, 2022

Tuition assistance for financial hardship is available.

 

The registration fee covers all of the CLE sessions for the week. CLE credits will be awarded for every session in which you are signed in for the full session and submit the codes announced during the session. On Friday, July 23rd, registrants will receive an email with instructions on how to join Monday's program and a link to the program materials.

MCLE

NYSDA has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of Continuing Legal Education in the State of New York (2019–2022) in traditional and non-traditional formats. This transitional/nontransitional program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the Continuing Legal Education Board for experienced attorneys– a maximum of 22.0 credit hours, of which 2.0 credit hours can be applied toward Ethics and Professionalism and 1.0 credit hour for Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias; for newly admitted attorneys– a maximum of 21.0 credit hours, of which 2.0 credit hours can be applied toward Ethics and Professionalism. Only experienced attorneys may earn credit in the Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias category of CLE credit for attending diversity programs. No CLE credit may be earned for repeat attendance at any accredited CLE activity.
