Sandle, Owner & Chief Investigator, Sand Investigations Certified Instructor, NHTSA DWI Detection and Standardized Field Sobriety Testing 24.5 Total CLE credits: 16.5 hours in Professional Practice plus 8 hours in Skills Attendance at all sessions required; no partial credit awarded. NYSDA has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of Continuing Legal Education in the State of New York (2025–2028) in traditional and nontraditional formats. This transitional/nontransitional program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of 24.5 credit hours. No CLE credit may be earned for repeat attendance at any accredited CLE activity. *Please be advised that this is a Continuing Legal Education program and does NOT provide any certification from the National Highway and Transportation and Safety Administration (NHTSA) or other law enforcement entity. - Cancellation requests received before EOD on April 8 are fully refundable.
- Cancellation requests received between April 8 and April 15 will be charged an admin. fee.
- Cancellation requests received after April 15 will not be refunded. No-shows will be fully charged.
