CANCELLATION POLICY - All cancellations must be submitted in writing over email to training@nysda.org.
- Cancellation requests received before EOD on February 27, 2026 will receive a full refund.
- Cancellation requests received after February 27, 2026 are not eligible for a refund.
- No-shows will be charged.
- For
offices registering multiple employees, substitutions are welcome. If a
registered participant cannot attend, the office may substitute another
staff member by emailing us at least 24 hours prior to the event.
Security at this venue is very strict, and every attendee needs to be on
the list. Thank you!
- Extraordinary circumstances: exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at training@nysda.org for assistance.
