This program will equip attorneys and advocates with practical strategies to strengthen their advocacy during Article 10 permanency hearings, with a focus on future reasonable efforts orders. The program will focus on crafting and advocating specific, enforceable future reasonable efforts orders to expand our clients' contact with their children, ensure tailored and more meaningful services, and provide a clear pathway towards reunification.
