CANCELLATION POLICY - All cancellations must be submitted in writing over email to training@nysda.org.
- Cancellation requests received before EOD on September 25th, 2025, will receive a full refund.
- Cancellation requests received after September 25th, 2025, are not eligible for a refund.
- No-shows will be charged.
- For offices registering multiple employees, substitutions are welcome. If a registered participant cannot attend, the office may substitute another staff member by emailing us before EOD on Wednesday, October 1st, 2025.
- Extraordinary circumstances: exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at training@nysda.org for assistance.
