24.5 Total CLE credits: 16.5 hours in Professional Practice plus 8 hours in Skills

Attendance at all sessions required; no partial credit awarded.

 

NYSDA has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of Continuing Legal Education in the State of New York (2022–2025) in traditional and nontraditional formats. This transitional/nontransitional program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the Continuing Legal Education Board for a maximum of 24.5 credit hours. No CLE credit may be earned for repeat attendance at any accredited CLE activity.

*Please be advised that this is a Continuing Legal Education program and does NOT provide any certification from the National Highway and Transportation and Safety Administration (NHTSA) or other law enforcement entity.

Cancellation Policy:

  • All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing by email to training@nysda.org
  • Cancellation requests received before EOD on June 13 are fully refundable. 
  • Cancellation requests received between June 14 and June 20 will be charged an admin. fee.
  • Cancellation requests received after June 20 will not be refunded. No-shows will be fully charged.
  • Extraordinary circumstances will be considered - please email training@nysda.org
