Please join us to honor and celebrate our Award recipients at the Awards Luncheon on Monday, July 28th (the luncheon is in place of our traditional Awards Dinner). There will also be a Defender Cocktail Hour on July 28th at 6:00 pm. The luncheon and cocktail hour are included in the registration cost.

 

Registration Fees:

Public Defenders and/or NYSDA Members: $300 (both days) | $230 (single day)

All Others: $400 (both days) | $330 (single day)

Continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshment breaks on Monday and Tuesday are included.

 

Tuition assistance for financial hardship is available.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing over email to training@nysda.org
  • Cancellation requests received before EOD on July 10, 2025, will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellation requests received after July 10, 2025, are not eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows will be charged.
  • For offices registering multiple employees, substitutions are welcome. If a registered participant cannot attend, the office may substitute another staff member by emailing us before EOD on Friday, July 25.
  • Extraordinary circumstances: exceptions to this policy will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us at training@nysda.org for assistance.
