An email with instructions for how to join the program and a link to the program materials has been sent to all registrants. Your registration fee covers all of the CLE sessions for the week. CLE credits will be awarded for every session in which you are signed in for the full session and submit a verification form with codes announced during the session.

After the conference, you will receive a link to videos of the recorded CLE sessions. Please note that we cannot provide CLE credit for any recorded program, only for webinars you attended "live."

NYSDA has been certified by the New York State Continuing Legal Education Board as an Accredited Provider of Continuing Legal Education in the State of New York (2019–2022). This transitional/nontransitional program has been approved in accordance with the requirements of the Continuing Legal Education Board for experienced attorneys– a maximum of 20 credit hours, of which 2.0 credit hours can be applied toward Ethics and Professionalism and 1.5 credit hours for Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias; for newly admitted attorneys– a maximum of 18.5 credit hours, of which 2.0 credit hours can be applied toward Ethics and Professionalism. Only experienced attorneys may earn credit in the Diversity, Inclusion and Elimination of Bias category of CLE credit for attending diversity programs. No CLE credit may be earned for repeat attendance at any accredited CLE activity.

 

Note Regarding Cancelling Hotel Reservations at the Gideon Putnam

For those who have already made individual reservations at the Gideon Putnam, you must cancel your reservation by going to the Gideon Putnam reservations page and inputting your email and confirmation number. When the reservation displays, there is a drop-down menu where you can select cancel. You will receive a cancellation email shortly after. Cancellations must be made more than 48 hours in advance to avoid any charges.
