STUDENT LOAN FORGIVENESS FOR PUBLIC SERVICE ATTORNEYS Law students facing huge school loans are finding it difficult to pursue careers in public service. In response, efforts are being made to encourage new lawyers to become public defenders or enter government service through loan forgiveness programs.
