Domestic Violence Bench Manual (OCA 2002). This Manual, developed for use in DutchessCounty, includes sections on family offenses, victims rights, rights of the accused, concurrent jurisdiction with criminal court, orders of protection, procedures and more. Additional directories and resources are contained in the appendices. The manual was created by the Dutchess County Universal Response to Domestic Violence Project.
