Cameras in NY Courtrooms (NYSDA 1999) (20K PDF). This document, prepared by the New York State Defenders Association, focuses on the detrimental impact of cameras in courtrooms and their infringement on the rights of the accused to a fair trial. It includes an historical analysis of the law, along with a review of cameras laws in other states.

This is a transcript of an online forum conducted by PBS Online Newshour concerning the effect of cameras in the courts, both during and after trial. It raised questions about the change in behavior by judges and attorneys in front of the camera, the perception of justice created by televised proceedings, and Court TV's position on the role played by cameras.
